The service was excellant, just like I expected. There where a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a laptop-size safe in the room, liked that. Its location not too far from Luis Munoz Rivera Park was comfy.
Its breakfast should have been included.

The location was marvelous in a pretty quiet area, adjacent to the business center, the rainforest or other beaches, and other good restaurants in Miramar. I loved the room with a photo-worthy bathroom. - the bed was extremely comfy.

The staff is really the only thing this place has going for it
The room needs some TLC and the shower leaks....to the point the floor was wet after one person took a shower. The tiles on the floor were cracked and the room was not ready for us to check into until 4 PM!!! And then the maid tried to come in to clean at 8:30 AM!!! come on people! I would not stay here again for the price.

The swimming pools and areas were fun! Loved the swim-up bar in the large pool! The location was great --- close to Condado beaches and restaurants (walking distance), and a short cab ride to Old San Juan. The rooms were very nicely decorated, and the beds were quite comfortable. Overall, there are some cosmetic enhancements (outside and inside) that would make the Conrad even more wonderful.....but overall, I will definitely stay there again!
A little on the pricey side for cocktails, but I think that is typical of San Juan in general.

I liked the swimming pools, bathrooms, and starbucks.
It is a very regular hotel and a bit pricy for what you get. The location is not the best, there are others hotels that are better located in the same area.

I like my room. It was clean and the view was fantastic.
I didn;t like the hotel staff. At the reception everybody needs a cash deposit extra room charge. They send the security into your room and they shout your room for nothing without give a phone into your room to fix any misunderstanding.

Checking in was smooth, we got a late check-out, our room with a balcony and updated bathroom had a nice view, and the pool area was well-kept.
